Description: Almost, Maine is a place so far north it’s almost in Canada. But it’s not quite a town because the residents never got it organized enough. So it almost doesn’t exist. One clear, clear winter night, as the Northern Lights hover in the star-filled sky, the residents of Almost, Maine find themselves falling in and out of love in the most unexpected ways. Relationships begin, and end, strangers become friends, friends become lovers, and lovers turn to strangers. Hearts are broken, mended, and broken again. Through interconnected scenes of different couples, and Magical Realism, the story of reminds us that love, in all its forms, is both ordinary and extraordinary. | |
